Smartlink is blocked by my firewall/router. What should I do?
The SmartLink client uses ports from 20001 to 20010 with both TCP and UDP protocols. If your PC is running behind a firewall and/or a router, you have to set a port forwarding chain to reach your PC or you need to allow the traffic on these ports
Without the UDP protocol you can still use all functionality of SmartLink, but you will not be able to see the real time waves.
I get the error message 'This application type as been disabled'
SmartLink is a XBAP application type. If this application type is disabled SmartLink will not work. To enable XBAP follow these instructions:

- Click on the “Security” tab
- Click on “Custom Level”
- Find the setting “XAML Browser Applications” and enable it
